The information you provide in your curriculum vitae will be used and processed by or on behalf of Maestro Human Resource Pte Ltd (“Maestro HR”, “we”, “us” or “our”) for purposes related to your registration of interest in current or future employment with us and for the processing of your application for employment.

We will collect and use the personal data that you have provided to facilitate the processing of your application for employment purposes. We will use personal information such as telephone number and or email address to contact you on job opportunities. We would maintain appropriate levels or security and confidentiality. The personal data held by Maestro HR relating to the applicants will be kept strictly confidential. We may collect information through other sources for processing and evaluating your application for employment.

If your application is successful, the information will be used in the administration of your employment. We may provide and/or transfer such data, whether in Singapore or outside of Singapore, to (i) any other departments within Maestro HR or if necessary, with Government agencies; (ii) any third party service provider who provides administrative, data processing, computer or other services to us. As part of assessing your suitability to work with Maestro HR, we may use your information to conduct reference checks in accordance with our HR policy.

If your application is unsuccessful, we may retain and use the information which you provided to deal with any matter which may arise in connection with your application, for purposes of contacting you in connection with ongoing recruitment opportunities, as well as for data analysis and business purposes.

By submitting your curriculum vitae, you are giving us your consent to your personal data will be used in conjunction with the recruitment and employment purposes. In order to maximize your opportunities to work with us, you are encouraged to keep the information provided to us up to date at all times. You are responsible for ensuring that the personal data is correct and true.

To safeguard your personal data and prevent the loss, misuse or alteration of your personal information, we have introduced appropriate administrative, physical and technical measures such as up-to-date antivirus protection to secure all storage and transmission of personal data by us. You should be aware, however, that no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure.

If you:

have any questions or feedback relating to your Personal Data or our Data Protection Policy;
would like to withdraw your consent to any use of your Personal Data as set out in this Data Protection Policy;
would like to obtain access and make corrections to your Personal Data records
consider that any action of Maestro HR breaches the Act or this Policy
